On May 15, 2023, Grindr Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and posted a shareholder letter to its website announcing its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release dated May 15, 2023 and the shareholder letter dated May 15, 2023 are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
