Item 5.02 — Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of
Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 24, 2022, James R. Heistand notified the Company that he
was not going to stand for reelection to the Board of Trustees of
the Company at its annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May
17, 2022.
Mr. Heistand’s decision not to stand for reelection did not arise
or result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter
relating to the Company’s operations, policies or
practices.
