AdvanSix's Chairman Michael Marberry to Depart

AdvanSix Inc.'s Chairman Michael Marberry is leaving, the
company said in a U.S. Securities and Exchange filing on
Friday.
The chemical company said its director Todd Karran will succeed
Mr. Marberry in the role, whose departure will be effective at the
company's annual shareholders meeting on June 15.
As a result of Mr. Marberry's exit, the size of the company's
board will be reduced to eight directors from nine.
