ITEM 2.02.Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 10, 2022, Apartment Investment and Management Company and Aimco OP L.P. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its plan to report financial results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2021 recent highlights, and 2022 plans and goals. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1 to this report.
