ITEM 7.01 Regulatory FD Disclosure.
Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") issued a
press release announcing its website redesign and two updates for
investors available at investors.aimco.com. The two updates include
an investor presentation and pre-recorded webcast in which Aimco’s
executive leaders discuss the presentation. The presentation is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and the press release is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
