In relation to the article
published today by several media describing certain actions that
IG4, one of our main shareholders, has planned on the business
structure of Aenza S.A.A., we would like to clarify that none of
these actions have been approved by the corporate governance bodies
of Aenza S.A.A. and that most of them correspond to the business
plan that IG4 has prepared for the Company and that was timely
disclosed to the market during the tender offer process made by
said shareholder.
Finally, we reiterate AENZA's
commitment to society, its employees and its shareholders in
pursuit of the economic and social prosperity of Peru and the
Region. Likewise, we reiterate that Aenza S.A.A. will comply with
the disclosure to the market of the relevant decisions adopted by
its corporate governance bodies in a timely, transparent and
professional manner.
