Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 21, 2020, Mackinac Financial
Corporation (the “Company”) reported its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $.14 per
common share, payable October 12, 2020 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2020.
The Company issued a press release announcing
the dividend. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
