Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 23, 2022, Astrotech Corporation issued a press release
announcing an amendment to the Joint Development and Option
Agreement between its subsidiary, BreathTech Corporation, and the
Cleveland Clinic Foundation to include additional areas of focus. A
copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
