Adobe Inc. reported Thursday that its fourth-quarter revenue was up 10% on strong demand for its software and services. It expects fiscal first-quarter adjusted earnings of $3.65 to $3.70, beating analysts' views. Shares rose 5.4% in after-hours trading.

Agrify Corp. said it launched an underwritten public offering of shares. The cannabis company didn't disclose how many shares it would offer or at what price. Shares dropped 33% in after-hours trading.

Guardant Health Inc.'s blood test demonstrated 83% sensitivity in detecting people with colorectal cancer in a recent study. Rival Exact Sciences Corp.'s results from January showed a second-generation version of its stool-sample test Cologuard had overall sensitivity of 95.2% in detecting colorectal cancer. Shares of Guardant Health dropped 40% in after-hours trading, while Exact Sciences gained 23%.
