The Sage Group plc. (Sage) announces that Irana Wasti has notified the Board of her intention to step down as a Non-executive Director of Sage with effect from 22 July 2022, to pursue other opportunities.

Andrew Duff, Chair of Sage, said: "The Board thanks Ms Wasti for her valuable contribution, knowledge and industry expertise since her appointment and wishes her well in her future endeavours."

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
