Important Notice to Shareholders of

Alerian Midstream Energy Dividend UCITS ETF

Dear Shareholder,

Further to the notice issued on 4 October 2024, this notice is to inform you, on behalf of the board of directors of the Manager (the Board), of a change to the effective total expense ratio (the TER) of the Fund.

Change to the TER

The maximum TER is disclosed in the supplement of the Fund dated 13 May 2024 as up to 0.60% per annum. The current TER charged to you as an investor in the Fund is 0.40%. Upon implementation of the changes outlined in the notice issued on 4 October 2024, the effective TER will increase to 0.49% per annum with effect on or around 24 October 2024.

In circumstances where the Fund pursues a direct investment policy, rather than an indirect investment policy, the Fund will not incur swap fees to its swap counterparty. This will result in a lower level of transaction costs incurred by the Fund.
