ADDITIONAL LISTING

INVU, Inc., the document management software provider, announces that
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to
trading on AIM of 141,837 new common shares (of no par value) in the share
capital of the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of options. The new
Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Shares and will be subject to
the same Regulation S transfer restrictions as the shares issued by the Company
in January 2004, at the time of the admission of its shares to trading on AIM,
and the further issue of shares in November 2004, and dealings are expected to
commence on 6 June 2007.
