These shares form part of the Company's share buy-back programme announced on 16 June 2022, which was extended by $100m to $300m on 25 August 2022. To date, Harbour has purchased 62,434,296 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation in connection with this buyback programme.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a full breakdown of the individual purchases of ordinary shares made by Jefferies on behalf of the Company as part of the buy-back programme is detailed below.
