Interim Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 25 August 2022, Harbour announced an interim dividend of 11 US cents per share.

The interim dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 19 October 2022 to shareholders on the register on 9 September 2022 (the "Record Date"). This announcement confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the Record Date, applicable for the interim dividend.
