AFFINITY WATER ACCEPTS OFWAT'S FINAL DETERMINATION

13 FEBRUARY 2020

The Company today announces that Affinity Water has decided to accept Ofwat's Final Determination of Price Controls, published on 16 December 2019. Acceptance of the Final Determination means that Affinity Water can move forward in delivering its AMP7 commitments, for the benefit of customers, the environment and investors.

Pauline Walsh, Chief Executive Officer, said:
