Partial Redemption



On November 15, 2007, MLUDI STEERS NOTES SERIES 2007-1 (the "Issuer") redeemed
MXN 50,000,000 (equivalent to UDI 13,050,639.01) Face Amount of Certificates.
As a result of the abovementioned partial redemption, the total outstanding face
amount of Certificates of the Issuer as of that date was MXP 2,810,000,000
(equivalent to UDI 733,445,917.42).
