IHS Markit has released Eurozone final PMI survey data at 4.00 am ET Wednesday. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data. The euro was trading at 131.04 against the yen, 1.0346 against the franc, 1.1304 against the greenback and 0.8343 against the pound around 4:04 am ET.
