Schneider Electric Agrees to Sell Eurotherm Business to Watlow

Schneider Electric SE has agreed to sell its Eurotherm unit to
Watlow Electric Manufacturing Co., a thermal systems producer, the
French industrial company said Wednesday.
Financial details weren't disclosed. Eurotherm is a provider of
temperature and power control and measurement solutions and employs
about 650 people, Schneider said.
The deal is subject to certain conditions such as regulatory
approvals and employee consultation processes. Schneider said it
expects the transaction to be completed by the end of the year.
