Progress on share buyback programme

ING announced today that, in line with the launch of its €1.5 billion share buyback programme announced on 3 November 2022, the company has repurchased 19,209,543 shares during the week of 14 November 2022 up to and including 18 November 2022.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of €11.26 for a total amount of €216,343,064.66. For detailed information on the daily repurchased shares, individual share purchase transactions and weekly reports, see the ING website at www.ing.com/investorrelations.

The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date 53,975,602 ordinary shares at an average price of €11.07 for a total consideration of €597,607,325.12. To date approximately 39.84% of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
