U.K. Regulator Looking at Whether Bouygues's Anticipated Deal for Equans Lessens Competition

The U.K.'s Competition and Markets Authority said Friday that it
is looking at whether Bouygues SA's anticipated deal for Equans SAS
may result in a substantial lessening of competition.
The CMA has a deadline of July 19 for its Phase 1 decision, it
said.
The CMA said it is inviting comments on the transaction from any
interested party.
