Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc. on Wednesday said it requested
that the Securities and Exchange Commission consent to its
withdrawal of its registration statement, which it filed in
February.
The Canadian clinical stage pharmaceutical development company
said it determined not to proceed with its proposed public
offering.
