Stellantis NV said Friday that it has sold its remaining 25% stake in automotive-logistics company GEFCO SA to French transportation company CMA CGM Group.

"The sale of this non-strategic asset marks the last step of our exit plan, initiated a decade ago, from the transportation and logistics industry," said Stellantis Chief Executive Carlos Tavares.

The sale price wasn't disclosed.
