Exor Separates CEO, Chairman Roles; Ajay Banga to Chair Board

Exor NV on Tuesday named Ajay Banga as its new chairman as it
moved to separate the role from the chief executive officer
function.
The holding company of Italy's Agnelli family--the largest
shareholder in Stellantis NV and CNH Industrial NV--appointed Mr.
Banga as chairman and senior non-executive director of the board
effective immediately.
John Elkann will stay on as CEO, it said.
Mr. Banga has sat on Exor's board since May 2021 and most
recently chaired its environmental, social and corporate governance
committee.
