Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective August 29, 2017, Corbin Robertson III resigned as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Genesis Energy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the general partner of Genesis Energy, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (collectively, the “Companies”). Mr. Robertson’s resignation from the Board did not result from any disagreement with the Companies, the Companies’ management, or the Board.
