Canadian Dollar Rises Against Majors

The Canadian dollar strengthened against the other major
currencies in the Asian session on Thursday.
The Canadian dollar rose to a 2-day high of 1.3529 against the
U.S. dollar, from an early more than a 1-year low of 1.3647.
Against the yen and the Australian dollar, the loonie advanced
to 82.21 and 1.0124 from yesterday's closing quotes of 81.51 and
1.0175, respectively.
The loonie edged up to 1.4758 against the euro, from an early
2-day low of 1.4892.
If the loonie extends its uptrend, it is likely to find
resistance around 1.33 against the greenback, 84.00 against the
yen, 1.00 against the aussie and 1.44 against the euro.
