Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Surgery Center Holdings, Inc., an indirectly, wholly-owned subsidiary of Surgery Partners, Inc. (the “Company”), intends to refinance its senior secured credit facility to benefit from lower interest rates currently available in the senior secured debt markets.
The Company anticipates that the proposed refinancing process will be completed within the next three to four weeks. However, there can be no assurance that the Company will be able to complete a refinancing.
