There is written of Derek’s Interview :

( He using the wording „statutorily“ to give it a faked legal impression ! )

Something like this by SEC is impossible, where every Company’s Inquiry 
need to be done in writing according SEC Rules and the SEC resulting
does not anything as told, but by its communication principles will 
reply by a written Public PDF Notification, but there is nothing like
this and this means Derek again is just a Certified Liar !! 
Its about $ 14 Mn as a Start only for the 8 NV Projects and the SEC did nothing in writing.
