LONDON (AFX) - WPP Group PLC said its wholly-owned operating company GroupM
has acquired 75 pct of Quisma GmbH, a German performance marketing agency,
specialising in keyword advertising, affiliate marketing and search engine
optimisation, for an undisclosed sum.
Quisma is based in Munich, Germany and employs 29 people. Quisma's unaudited
revenues for the year ended Dec 31 2006 were 15.4 mn eur with gross assets at
the same date of 6.5 mln eur.
